Two MCPSS educators named Science Teachers of the Year in Alabama

The Alabama Science Teachers Association gave out its top four teaching awards recently, and two are MCPSS teachers.

Tammy Pini-Loper of Causey Middle School was named the Alabama Middle School Science Teacher of the Year, and Virginia Hall of Mary G. Montgomery High School was named the Alabama High School Science Teacher of the Year.

They will be honored on February 26 at the Alabama Science Teachers Conference in Vestavia Hills. Congratulations to these two award-winning educators!
